Dennis H. Shreve, CMRP
Dennis H. Shreve holds B.E.E. and M.Sc. E.E. degrees from The Ohio State University, with specialization in high-speed data communications.
He has 40 years of experience in designing and developing electronics and software systems and leading projects for real-time industrial process monitoring and control applications. Over the past 21 years, he has specialized in predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies and vibration detection, analysis, and correction methods for maintaining machinery health.
Dennis is certified by Technical Associates as a Level III Vibration Analyst, and he is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. He is an active member of several professional societies, including Vibration Institute, SMRP, ISA, and I.E.E.E., where he has written several articles and conducted public seminars. Dennis is currently employed with Commtest. as Channel Support Engineer for the Channel Partner Sales organization.

Mark F. Vowell, CMRP
Mark F. Vowell holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has 17 years experience in the Vibration Industry and is a Vibration Institute Level III Vibration Analyst.
Mark has managed a remote-analysis vibration technical group and Test Engineering department as well as served as a Services Engineer.
In his career with Commtest, Mr. Vowell has filled many capacities, including: Support Engineer, assisting in developing materials and delivering Training for software and hardware products and is an Applications Engineer. Currently, Mark serves as the Senior Customer Success Engineer.

Rodney Acklin, CMRP
Rod Acklin has worked in industry for 18 years as a Design and Application Engineer, Product Manager, and Project Manager, and previously ran a production facility for 8 years. For the last 13 years, Rod has been specifically involved with design and support of the Commtest family of Reliability Products. Rod is a Vibration Institute Category II Vibration Analyst and has successfully launched many products in the vibration line of instruments and analysis software. Rod is currently the Product Manager, Vibration for Commtest.

Shane Smith, CMRP
Shane Smith joined the Commtest Customer Success team as a Customer Success Engineer after nearly ten years of hardware and software support and training for multiple global organizations.
No stranger to maintenance, Shane served honorably as an Aircraft Armament Systems Technician on the F-16 Fighting Falcon in the United States Air Force before graduating from ITT Technical Institute with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Networking Systems.
Shane has achieved various certifications but is most proud of his Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional and ISO category II vibration analyst certificates.
