GE acquires Commtest Instruments Limited. Commtest will operate within the Bently Nevada business, highlighting the complementary condition monitoring portfolios of each business.
On August 19, 2011 GE announced the acquisition of Commtest Instruments Limited. Commtest will operate within the Bently Nevada business, highlighting the complementary condition monitoring portfolios of each business.
Understandably Commtest customers will have numerous questions surrounding this transition and any effect it will have on our customer base. Please allow us to assure you that our customer relationships are as important to GE as they are to Commtest. One of the primary reasons that GE viewed Commtest as such a valuable acquisition was the effort and value placed on keeping great customer relationships. This is paramount within our organization and, we all agree, starts with taking care of our customers.
There are no plans to change any of our core values, particularly with support and warranty, whilst our development will benefit from depth and breadth of the greater GE intellectual knowledge base.
