Focusing on continuous improvement shouldn't always be process oriented. Focus on your people and reap the rewards for the long term.
Reliability program success relies heavily on the foundation by which the program is built upon. Having the right people on the bus with the appropriate Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities or KSA's is the cornerstone of a solid reliability program foundation. Managers and Leaders should encourage employee KSA improvement by advocating continuous learning, after all technology is changing almost daily.
