Cancellation Policy
The customer cancellation deadline is two weeks before the start date of the course for which he is registered. If the customer cancels before the deadline, Commtest will either reschedule him at his convenience or refund the cost of the course.
If the customer cancels after the deadline but before the course begins, Commtest will refund 50% of the price paid for the course OR reschedule at the customer's convenience. In the case of rescheduling after a late cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the balance of the payment (after charging 50% of original price as a late cancellation penalty) for the new course dates.
If the customer cancels after the course begins or fails to attend without notice, he will forfeit the entire cost of the course (whether payment was made in dollars or training credits).
Commtest reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If that decision is necessary and is made, Commtest will contact the customer or his company as soon as possible. In that case, Commtest will work to reschedule the customer for another training course at his convenience. Commtest will apply the full amount of the original payment or ‘free training credit' to that rescheduled offering.
Customers should not purchase non-refundable airline tickets. If for any reason a course is cancelled, Commtest will not be responsible for the costs of tickets or other travel related expenses.
Education Certificates with Product Purchases
"Free Training Credit” Certificates of attendance are provided with some product purchases. The credit certificate is included with your product. If you qualify for a “Free training credit’ certificate and did not receive one, contact your sales representative. When you mail or fax your registration form, be sure to include a copy of the certificate and bring the original with you to class.
