The customer cancellation deadline is two weeks before the start date of the course for which you are registered. If you cancel before the deadline, we will either reschedule you at your convenience or refund the cost of the course.
If you cancel after the deadline but before the course begins, we will refund 50% of the price paid for the course OR reschedule the course at your convenience. In the case of rescheduling after a late cancellation, you will be responsible for the balance of payment (after charging 50% of the original price as a late cancellation penalty) for the new course dates.
If you cancel after the course begins or fail to attend without notice, you will forfeit the entire cost of the course (whether payment was made in dollars or training credits).
We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time. If that decision is necessary and is made, we will contact you or your company as soon as possible. In this case, we will work to reschedule you for another training course according to your convenience. Commtest will apply the full amount of the original payment or ‘free training credit' to that rescheduled offering.
Customers should not purchase non-refundable airline tickets. If for any reason a course is cancelled, we will not be responsible for the costs of tickets or other travel-related expenses.
Education Certificates with Product Purchases
Free Training Credit certificates of attendance are included with some product purchases. If you qualify for a Free training credit certificate and did not receive one, please contact your sales representative. When you mail or fax your registration form, be sure to include a copy of the certificate and bring the original with you to class.
